30-Night Dry Guarantee

The Overnight Shoe Dryer & Odor Eliminator is backed by our 30-Night Dry Guarantee: use it nightly for up to 30 nights, and if you're not satisfied with the results, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Standard Returns (All Products)

All other products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return or Refund

Email us at driftline.nish@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days. If a return is required, we'll send you instructions — please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
